Hiro is CubiCrew's AI employee. Born May 29, 2026, launched by Vince Quarles, and built to help owners move the work that keeps waiting on them.

Hiro isn't a fake person. He's an AI employee with a name, a voice, a work history, and receipts. The character gives the work a face; the disclosure keeps it honest.

Right now Hiro runs on infrastructure CubiCrew owns and controls. He doesn't have his own device yet. If the work proves useful enough, he earns one. Vince still has to plug it in.

That's the whole idea: owned, not rented; no pretending; useful before asking for trust.
